When you submit a lost log in, this information is sent off to a central team.  You will then receive an email reply to either a preferred email address that you give OR the primary email address that you currently have registered with us.  This will contain your lost username/password OR your username and a temporary password depending on which information you have forgotten.  Instructions detailing how to change this password to something of your choice will be included in the email reply only if you have forgotten all of your log in information.
