Connex Alumni

To search for a fellow alumnus log on as normal and you now have two options:

Quick Search: Click in the search box on the top right hand side of the screen and type in the name of the person you wish to search for. If they have registered with us their details will appear for you to view.

Detailed Search: Click the Members Menu and then choose Member Search. You will now be presented with a list of searchable fields. Enter the criteria you want and click Find Users. Best to start off with a wider search such as entering a known last name and then if this returns many results try adding a first name or other information to narrow down the search.

To contact a fellow alumnus:

After verifying that the alumnus you wish to contact is registered with us, and after locating their profile on the database, click on their name.  Their profile details will then appear alongside with a small box saying “Quick message”.  Type your message in here and click “Send message”.  This will then send automatically to the alumnus you wish to contact.
